I. Program Offerings

Heilongjiang University boasts comprehensive disciplines and distinct comprehensive advantages. It comprises 31 schools and departments, offering 86 undergraduate programs spanning 11 major academic fields: Philosophy, Economics, Law, Education, Literature, History, Science, Engineering degree programs (First-level disciplines) and 18 Master's professional degree programs (see Annex 2)

II. Application Requirements

1. Master's Applicants: Must hold a bachelor's degree certificate and an undergraduate diploma.

2. PhD Applicants: Must hold a master's degree certificate and a postgraduate diploma.

3. Chinese Proficiency: Minimum score of 180 in HSK-5.

4. Eligibility: Non-Chinese citizens aged 18 or above, in good physical and mental health.

IV. Fee Structure

Application Fee:RMB 400

Tuition Fees:Master's Programs: RMB 21,000 per academic year (Textbooks not included)

Doctoral Programs: RMB 24,000 per academic year (Textbooks not included)

Accommodation Fees:

International Student Apartment (Area A):

RMB 21/day (Twin room, shared bathroom facilities)

RMB 33/day (Twin room, private bathtub)

International Student Apartment (Area C):

RMB 35/day (Twin room, private shower)

RMB 39/day (Twin room, private bathtub)

Insurance Fee: RMB 800 per year

International Travel Expenses:To be covered by the student

V. Admission & Notification

Applicants should complete the online application before May 10th. Heilongjiang University will mail the Admission Notice and the Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202 Form) to successful applicants in early July each year. Admitted students must register at the university according to the specified registration date.
